    hi, just saw your bert and ernie video. sweet edit! was wondering if you were interested in doing something like this for a band we are currently doing a video for? There isn’t a huge budget unfortunately but it would get plenty of exposure in Australia. would this be something you would be interested in? Rgds James

    Hi Stian! I too found you through your awesome Burt and Ernie remix. I’m a documentary filmmaker based in Montreal, Canada. I’m currently putting the finishing touches on a film that I co-produced with the National Film Board of Canada called “RIP: A remixer’s manifesto”. The film is a celebration of remix culture and stuff like the video you made – its a feature doc with lawrence lessig, Girl Talk, Negativland, Cory Doctorow and Gilberto Gil and will be released very soon!

    For the film, I invited remixers to submit work through http://www.opensourcecinema.org, and I’d really like to feature part of your remix in a section of the film. Would you be able to email me so we could talk about it? I couldn’t find your address, but mine is:
